IM 25 Lagoon - Kessil Quandaries & Bullet Goby Troubles

Trying to decide about new lights and talking through some hazy water issues possibly related to my sand sifting bullet goby.
Anyone have thoughts on the new kessil lights? (The 360x or AP9X vs something like the XR15 gen 5)
--Current Equipment--
- AI Prime 16HD,
- IM Nuvo Skim Nano DC
- Cheap Aqueon 50 or 75w heater (need to be replaced)
- Two 300gph small return pumps, (need to swap these for a single higher power DC one)
- Stock Return Nozzles (Want to get the VCA RFG 1/2" later)
- No ATO ... (again need to add one as I have to top up water daily in the tiny ATO return)
- Nero 3 Wave Maker
- Aqua Forest Reef Salt
