I usually wipe my forehead and temple area with an acne astrigent ( like sea breeze which is pretty cheap) after i do this style and its helped prevent the breakout. back it up with some acne cream like murad and youll be good to go.

See heres what i dont get.. When you add in that product it changes instantly. Your hair 20 seconds after is not the same hair it was before. Mine doesnt do that, no matter what technique or how much product i use, the process has no affect on my hair and its almost like my hair is just flat out rejecting anything i throw at it. This has been a 2 year battle already
Tip: not everyone can rock this hairstyle, only some guys can especially those with curly hair, this style may look like a mess on most guys, like you forgot to do your hair in the morning, so yeah just make sure you have the right face shape and hair type.

Lol. Pomade/wax isn't what you want to have voluminous hair. Start with a high hold paste. Then try other stuff like clay. I have very straight flat Asian hair and pastes and clays hold my hair.

cavalier is for thick hair dummy. joe said it himself, cavalier is heavy so its for thicker hair, while hybrid is creamy so its for thinner hair but the hold is npt as strong.
