In the first season, Jeff was more interesting. Jeff had a clear written character there, which corresponds to his behavior in these very episodes. In the last two seasons, autors simplified him, made him some kind of clown, or something... In short, they spoiled him as character. Which episode from the second or third season you take - Jeff is either funny and stupid, or a “nerd”, moreover, cliched, or you don’t understand who or what he is at all... You will say that in the first season there was something similar, but significantly less and more logical. And I usually speak Russian, sorry for my English. And in Russian dubbing this show (Clarence) is better, Jeff's voice fits more than the original, and the text is also better than in the original.
