This is probably just me but, the first video seemed like easy/beginner mode, this video moved up to mid level difficulty. Will the next video be on the hard difficulty?

I just started stretching out again too well how they do it in Martial arts it does feel good it takes your mind off of stuff especially when your stressed out I love your videos.
