Car is stanced, but not disgustingly so. Good complete build, and with a good set of tires/right setup I bet it's a lot of fun on the track. Great build!

This car is turbocharged. The fluttering sound is the blow off valve, when you come off the throttle the throttle plate shuts, so all that air being compressed by the turbo has to go somewhere, and that is when the blow off valve opens and lets the air out from pipe between the turbo and the engine. Normally this results in a pssshhh sound but his blow off valve is set so some of the air is forced back over the turbine wheel creating a compressor stall, which makes that fluttering sound.
85mm pistons? must be a typo. Other than that the parts list is much more impressive than the actual look of the car. He didnt cheap out on the engine build at all, or anything else for that matter. Just look at that list of tomei parts.
