Edit: Can the den count as a third bedroom since it has windows and a closet? Wondering why it'd be listed at 2 beds if 3 beds could generate higher offers.
Thanks! Yes I think the den could function as a 3rd bedroom. That den was closed off and easily functions as a bedroom, other dens are more open and function as a den

the HOA is insane in itself (1200+). After its paid off you can expect at least another 3400$ a month to go to HOA and property taxes. Its a beautiful building but even if you did have plenty of money out of principle it doesn't feel right. I can only see high executives where the company is cover a lot of the expenses living here.

Well, the weather in Miami is generally fine only between November and May!
Not a fan of tall buildings, gas ranges, aircraft noise, and overpriced condos such as this one.
