Wow, super cool phone! A lot of these seem to have issues where they suddenly shut off after a few seconds, for some reason. This phone looks interesting because it is basically a 3310 added on with another board, lol.
By the way, this phone does have an MP3 player. I think it was one of the first ever from Nokia!
