Elbows out and high and tip of the ball to Charlestown’s and aim slightly forward and across the body Nd slightly flick the wrists to spin pass you keep your shoulder high and spin the ball hold the ball in the back
This is not correct technique "Clasic pass", main mistake is discobolus movement. Key factors depend the principle of the effective swing of arms says that it should be look like the pendulum of the old clock. However, it is a great technique for fast, short and flat passes - "hot potatoes". If we takl about spin pass, you have to change the way you keep the ball. The leading hand is placed on the bottom half of the ball and the fingers should cut across the stitching of the ball fingers of the second hand are placed diagonally on the upper half of the ball, principle of the effective swing of arms should be look like same same as clasic pass the pendulum of the old clock
Hi, i am not completly ok with yours explanation, spin pass, you never use you elbow across, but you need to pusshing true. The angle arm is straigth and go to the chanel you are creating closed to your body. Like that you have more power and precision. To do that, the big sign you work rigth is the hand position when you finish you pass: need to be in sky direction and not to be in field direction... Thxs

this is terrible technique. You can clearly see he doesn't know what he's talking about when he passes it himself
