I bought the Passing Program module this morning and have just spent 90 minutes with my 12 year old on this video. Really considerable improvement already, particularly off his weaker hand. Joining it all up to get the accuracy of passing on the move isn’t there yet but it’ll definitely come. This is brilliant for one on one training with your kids while the clubs are all on lockdown.

Great video as well, Peter
I always try to point hands to target but I find with longer cut-out passes I can't and just get loads of spin on purpose instead, thoughts?
Why do you need loads of spin?
@@rugbybricksmore aerodynamic so a bit easier for more velocity
what if i dont have anyone to pass too? :(
should i use the half ball rugby ball??
Yes but also try to some at a local rugby pitch. I sometimes practice on my own.
I just can’t get my non-dominant hand where it needs to be. How can I improve it? It isn’t terrible but it’s no where my right hand is.
Thanks for the message, just need to spend the time working on it. Hours and hours! Peter
Try medicine ball (1 kg)
