The reason for swapping out the porcelain insulators is they will grenade if there is a crack. Also, there should be a birthmark/brand on each pole that says how old it is. Whether or not it is still legible after half a century or so is the question.

The rvideo resolution looks good but I think it is being compressed somewhere before UA-cam gets it. Yuo can see it in the motion or contrasting objects, things get blurry. I would say if you dont need to make any cuts then just upload the video file straight to UA-cam. Maybe you can also look for a quality slider or something. Cheers! and good luck in your new career!
