I have has chronic pelvic girdle pain for 32 years. I am so pleased to see exercises for my condition- and I will try these even if all my children are grown. :)

Disclaimers better be advised before the workout .. I started the videos and exercises immediately then was shocked that there is a prt not suitable for third trimester

I was doing the 3rd exercise until I heard the disclaimer to not complete if in 3rd trimester 🙈🙈. The other exercises are perfect and is relieving the tension in my pelvis. I’m hoping if I do these daily, I won’t be in such pain when mobilising. Thanks for the video.
