Agree with comments on poor customer service. We got ripped off in 2019. Turned up mid afternoon, no staff, so selected a site away from prime waterfront. Went to pay next day and they inform us that we are on a $60 (or thereabouts, forget the exact $) site instead of $40 (size of site, I recollect). Place was 50% full. We cut our stay short. No consideration of our circumstance and no discussion on the issue. Won't go back.

It is a shame hey, ours were like backpackers that were at the front counter so they didn't really care or try to find any solutions :(
