if I had to choose, Sprout should take the tapes because since Teagan is still 2 hearts she can still survive, needs it so he can heal others. Teagan though, she can get tapes from doing machines or getting aggro tapes at panic mode. So Sprout is the viable option to go with!

My solution-ish thing
1.) sprout or Teagan could have 95 so she/he can take one and leave one for the other
2.) Teagan or speout can find other tapes no hog over 2
3.) (in my opinion the best one) never join a run with a Teagan or change
