Thor is a damn snow plowing beast. Amazed at the size of snow drifts it blasts through. That animal should be kept on a leash .

Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.

Boy I am really impressed at how high you can pile snow with that unit it’s perfect for snow! It’s nice to have a piece of iron that is good at what it was designed for!!!

I put 2 hydraulic Cylinders on 12' plow once to angle both directions.
Guy at Cascade Machinery told me how to set it up with chain so no matter how it was angled. Lifted straight every time, and never got out of the cab.

It's about 6 years to the day from when me and my son came to Whoville to fix a light tower/generator that was rented from Cat Rentals in Regina. The rentals didn't know that the renter was going to drag it behind a truck all that way. The guard (for stupid people) that was covering the fan broke and the fan threw a piece through the rad, so we had to drive 17 hours up the so called road to spend 2 hours changing out a rad. (Would have been quicker if we hadn't of had to do site orientation) One guy's job was to stand and watch us to make sure we were safe. Then we watched 5 guys back up a truck safely. This was somewhere out in the toothpick trees out from the old mine. Someone sure plowed a bunch of snow with a cat to get into where the drilling rig was, maybe it was you Joey. This was about a week after the big storm in March 2017.
