You should try adding Maggie magic masala, it makes the entire thing super spicy without the saltiness. The flavours are also more intense compared to the usual spice mix.
One packet is meant to be for two portions in the ones I get. I haven't seen maggi noodles tho. I tend to just cook noodles and make quick sauce. Soy sauce,water, oyster sauce, brown sugar,Peri Peri seasoning,dried basil,pepper,dried paprika,dried chilli,bit of Vegeta polish msg with dried vegetables and spices. It takes no time and it tastes like a takeaway
