I started playing this archetype myself, following one of your videos a few months back. You were rolling Simlas instead of Pavko at the time, and trying out the buffed Oatcritters, I still run both of those.
The deck has taken me above 2550 this season, my highest ever with any faction, so I do think it is very much serviceable.
I think Pavko is a great engine but is slow to set up due to the lack of zeal, whereas Simlas-backup plans provide some much needed "zealed" control, and point slam, which can be a solution to many different situations.
It is indeed a ton of fun to play.. and beat most meta decks with ;)
I think Simlas is the best way to go, I just like to show off different options in the videos so they're not too repetitive when I do the same deck again. Glad to hear you're having a lot of success with Harmony

hey there, nice video, cool seing schirrú, i'd like to see dragons at some point (they're cool and i have almost all of em) especially if its a non dwarf dragon deck (they're also cool but i have noone xd)

Just the video I wanted to see, I'm trying to learn this exact deck after seeing how awesome Damidiat displayed it, but I keep getting matched with heavy control decks that just smoke me. I literally just got beat by a harmony deck as Yago jackpot, I drew horribly, otherwise I might could've won that matchup
Yeah I had the same issue with the deck. The meta isn't great for it now.
