After all the hate towards TTPD, it's crazy how it comes second (before Folklore in third btw). Just shows that the public actually likes the album. The haters are just hating.
It is indeed a bad album to release at the peak of her career. I have been listening to Taylor since 2016. She knew her new fans in 2024 will listen to anything she releases, and she succeeded in numbers. There are really better albums of her in her discography and ttpd doesn't fit in the top 7
@@MyMusicAsCiaIf she released a more pop-hit-oriented album during the eras tour, she wouldn't be able to promote it properly. It's good to have something more surprise song friendly like folklore. Pink released Hurts 2B Human during the Beautiful Trauma tour, and she only added a few songs from it for the sake of keeping the show's initial structure intact.

After all the hate towards TTPD, it's crazy how it comes second (before Folklore in third btw). Just shows that the public actually likes the album. The haters are just hating.
It is indeed a bad album to release at the peak of her career. I have been listening to Taylor since 2016. She knew her new fans in 2024 will listen to anything she releases, and she succeeded in numbers. There are really better albums of her in her discography and ttpd doesn't fit in the top 7
@@MyMusicAsCiaIf she released a more pop-hit-oriented album during the eras tour, she wouldn't be able to promote it properly. It's good to have something more surprise song friendly like folklore. Pink released Hurts 2B Human during the Beautiful Trauma tour, and she only added a few songs from it for the sake of keeping the show's initial structure intact.
