Yes avoidance seems to be her go to move. Even back when she was the Branding Officer for Hybe's girl groups, prior to Ador, didn't she dodge and avoid meetings with Source music for months so that LS ended up debuting before NJ. No doubt part of her nefarious plot.
I've always thought that she intentionally avoided these meetings so she can be given NJ members(minors at the time) instead of LS members which are mostly adults that she cannot manipulate.

Honestly, I think we would all love a fast-forward button for the court cases. As fascinating as this all is to watch (from a psychological perspective; and as a case study in career suicide) the sooner it's all over and done with, the better. Hopefully by the end of it, the girls can have been wrenched from "Mother's" (and that really has a cult-like feel) clutches and, even if they don't return to Ador (and realistically, I see no way that can happen), I hope they are set up with a good therapist. Because they are going to need a lot of help.

If client insists that they will do this or that and present their case on certain way, lawyers will, despite if they see clients demands making sense or having any potential at all to win the casem do just what client tells them to do. They had absolutely no legal background and came on court with nothing but Mins famous claims about mediaplay and manioulationsm with no oroof whatsoever. Was it a photo the member posted on their account and they referred to Dior as "company D"? And #4 happened around the time the Davolink CEO's interview came out. I thought that Ador pulled the CK behind the scenes video because of the implications that NJ were involved in tampering and that maybe Ador was about to add their names as defendant's in the tampering case along with MHJ. But I guess it makes sense that even behind the scenes videos are a way to promote a brand and CK said to keep its name out of this mess until it's been resolved.

The idols battle is on media, and related to public opinion backlash against the company (s) who mistreated their idols, and breach the contracts. Injunction applications are supposed to be speedy because you’re asking for a quick remedy against another party to stop doing something! They have lawyers; they declared they have lawyers so those are the ones the company needs to serve as their representatives. Where I come from, if your lawyer has been served, YOU are served. You make good points and I'll even add a 4th one: Public opinion strategies are for people who don't feel confident going through official channels for recourse. This could be because they have no strong legal case, or because they have no belief in the system, or because they don't have the funds to go that route etc. In NewJeans case, it's obvious to me they wanted to avoid legalities so I think you're 100% correct on that. However, due to their environment, and even a little bit of immaturity, they'd rather go in debt than swallow their pride and return to ADOR. You can only serve someone at their official residence or office. So serving them at a scheduled activity is not valid. If there are multiple failed deliveries, you can place it in a mailbox and that counts as delivered (in America at least) but you have to try and hand it to them first.

Honestly, I think we would all love a fast-forward button for the court cases. As fascinating as this all is to watch (from a psychological perspective; and as a case study in career suicide) the sooner it's all over and done with, the better.
Hopefully by the end of it, the girls can have been wrenched from "Mother's" (and that really has a cult-like feel) clutches and, even if they don't return to Ador (and realistically, I see no way that can happen), I hope they are set up with a good therapist. Because they are going to need a lot of help.

From what I have found out about the law firm so far. They are the biggest law firm in SK, having 300 attorneys. Sejong has a 80% rate of winning lawsuits. They won 4 out of 5 cases in 2020 but I cannot find any info about how they have been doing the since then. I also cannot find what case they lost and why.

Everything you predicted is coming to past little by little but i disagree with one thing. NJ will go back to Ador. Why? They have lost in the court of public opinion and they WILL lose in court. Why do people like amber heard blake lively and MHJ and NJ use the court of public opinion. Three things
1. They want to disrupt the second party current money.
2. They want disrupt future money.
3. Most importantly they want to destroy the other party reputation. That is the big whale right there.

The courts sided with Atrract not the three 50/50 members, because of tampering. Don't forget the injuction is only for them not to sign endorsements deals. Once for staying in the country and two for helping the protesters. The courts are swayed by public opinion, and the public is done with them. So even IF they win, they lose.

You make good points and I'll even add a 4th one: Public opinion strategies are for people who don't feel confident going through official channels for recourse. This could be because they have no strong legal case, or because they have no belief in the system, or because they don't have the funds to go that route etc.
In NewJeans case, it's obvious to me they wanted to avoid legalities so I think you're 100% correct on that. However, due to their environment, and even a little bit of immaturity, they'd rather go in debt than swallow their pride and return to ADOR.
So in your scenario I get that just focusing on their careers under ADOR and resuming activities after losing the lawsuit would make sense. However, we've seen NewJeans choose the less logical decision multiple times because they just want what they want lol I don't think this mindset will change unfortunately

unless theres strict procedure under korean law when sending and receiving legal notices through a korean judiciary staff for example.. but still ador can still send email or have a staff hand them a copy to notify them etc.
i can see they are employing MHJ tactics of delaying any legal action and responses ex. when Source and Belift sued MHJ last year but MHJ kept on evading the receiving of legal notice to delay any legal hearing while shes attacking hybe at the same time. she was only forced to finally receive it when source and belift finally ask the court to decide ruling for lawsuit that would lead to MHJ lost the case due to technicality such as failure to respond.
in this case with xnwjns, since haerins father received the copy, all of them are forced to finally acknowledge the legal notice rather than having haerin face it all alone. thats why they were so mad in their last insta update accusing hybe and ador of secretly meeting a parent etc. because that meeting is when haerins father formally received the notice of injunction so haerin and her legal rep is now legally forced to face hybe and ador in court.
if haerins father did not meet and receive the notice, their plan to evade and delay more the legal proceeding would still be happening today while they are dealing advertisers and make contracts and do whatever they want.

You can only serve someone at their official residence or office. So serving them at a scheduled activity is not valid. If there are multiple failed deliveries, you can place it in a mailbox and that counts as delivered (in America at least) but you have to try and hand it to them first.
