I do have a home lab with pfsense installed and acting as a firewall and router so that all the VM's can be able to communicate together. I get the IP addresses of all VM's but can't seems to get the OS info no matter which command i use on Kali. Please if the any way you can help me on this. Thanks
well said on the social engineering portion. de-auth packets is exactly how id go about finding which to target if someone knows another way to find out which of the same brand device your targeting id love to know

How do i get only current results.
What is the case if: I am able to connect/join to someone wifi/SSID, but seems there is no DHCP-Server in the network, so my devices can not get any IP address. Is there any way to scan what IP address range on those network ?
U mean if iPhones can do it? I’m not sure how cydia works nowadays but unless u can get a terminal with jailbreak, no But there are jailbreak apps (at least back in 2018) that can do this with a gui. Same thing with metasploit

You mac adresses are defined like Apple or Amazon. How do you get that? All of mine are QEMU virtual NIC

If u are connected with cable, you need to scan in your eth0 IP
