@@anthonyrodriguez8788 Vivziepop stated it on several occasions, but yeah, now that you mention it, I had completely forgotten about that. The only thing I can think of is that this rule only works for sinners and does not affect hellbornss or at least primordial bloodlines in the same way, but being honest that would be too much to assume, I guess it was probably just retconned like almost all pre-established rules at this point.
