I missed 5. But I also noticed announcer mispronouncing at least 5 names
I got 23 out of the 30. The '50s was about 10 years or more than when I was born.
Missed 6, but am in my 90s!
I got 24 out of the 30 Correct!
20 out of 30!
Awesome 😎
17..not good, but not all that bad since most questions were US related and I am in Australia.

26/30. I was born in 1950. The baby boom actually started in 1946, but the birth rate was highest in the early to mid 1950s.

The questions need to be better analyzed. Even an expert often will fail questions regarding years when the events propelling the question actually spanned more than one calendar year. In addition, it is important to choose questions where the quiz master is fully familiar with appropriate pronunciations. Finally, I would suggest the question choices revolve around historical landmarks rather than focusing on items such as auto model designations. Unless a person, for example, played golf at an exclusive country club, it is unlikely that he/she was in the habit of including his/her latest Jaguar choices over hamburgers. This therefore disadvantages large segments of the poor, even those individuals fully conversant with the important cultural phenomena of the 50’s.
I got 23 out 30 many of the events I remember as they happened.
Too much US history. Go for global history and see how Americans do with that!
I got 13 wrong and I am 73 years old, LOL.
20 of 30 correct
Good 😊
I liked your quizzes. I got 25 out of the 30. I do have comments about at least two of your pronunciations of items. Keflavik is in Iceland and you should pronounce it properly. It is the Nobel prize - not the Noble prize. Dean Atcheson was mis-pronounced. Sorry for the griping but it is essential for those of us who lived at the time and familiar with the names.
missed 6

I thought the baby boom started in the 40’s when the soldiers , sailors, airmen, and prisoners of war came home after the war ended and the cleanup had lessened the need of the huge numbers of men who served overseas or were stranded there. I only had 19 correct answers 5 I didn’t even attempt to answer six I didn’t choose the correct year or went with a name I recognized not the right one obviously … my MiL had three children in the forties when she married her prisoner of war husband in 1946 when he was deemed well enough to survive the trip home her daughter was born in the early fifties 😊
It did actually, but, for some reason the 50’s just seem more identifiable with most people.
Americas not the whole world sometimes you think it was, general knowledge the best. 💁
17/30😊
I agree no good for brits 😮
very us based
You can start a European channel.
Got 26 out of 30. Wasn’t paying much attention in the 50’s to inventions…

Only 19 of 30. My Father nicknamed me Sputnik because as a newborn; my family always thought I was trying to take off. Sadly, he would pass away in January 1958 when I was just 5 months old.
That is sad.
Got 21/30 correct happy as born 1965 and from UK.
