The funny thing about the #1 entry is that while making their Daily Double wager, a contestant said "I'd like to buy a vowel, uh, true daily double". As a result, Alex pretended to look upset, as he looked to his right and yelled "Vanna!!!???".

Ken has learned everything from his mentor, Alex Trebek. And later, Ken has finally got his own dream job, replacing Alex as Jeopardy’s new permanent host.
I appreciate Ken's walk-on and walk-off music. I sure hope he does better next weekend on The Price is Right-ight-ight.

The crazy thing about Ken's streak is that this aired on July 12, but the episode in which he finally lost didn't air until over 4 months later on November 30.

I kept hoping Alex would slip up and introduce him as "Jen Kennings". But AFAIK it never happened...
But Alex wasn't the one doing the introductions. Jeopardy's announcer is Johnny Gilbert, who started the same episode as Trebek and is still in that position.

You gotta upload the segment where Dave spilled coffee on his microphone after his monologue. I don’t know if it was actually intentional or accidental but I remembered it so vividly on that episode.

I guess this was done while Ken Jennings was in the middle of his run in 2004. I seem to recall someone talking about buying a vowel on Celebrity Jeopardy recently. Also, I notice many times on other game shows where people say "what is" to act like they are on Jeopardy.
If you say "what is" on Win Ben Stien's Money, they give you a dunce cap.

If anyone saw the movie QUIZ SHOW how the 50's show was rigged then you may wonder if this guy Ken Jennings was really winning all these shows in a row or given the answers ahead or. time!
