Good for this education. The major distractions are extended family supports, social functions like funerals, weddings, and unnecessary church contributions like Kofi, Ama, Ab3yefuo nku. Money borrowed to family and friends that is never paid back. Mr. Obeng try to hit on some of the distractions too.
There's a certain point u mentioned and i remember a certain conversation i had with someone and was telling me that,in Saudi Arabia, before u put up a building, government must examine your financial capabilities, bank accounts ,salary and some other things before u are given a permit. The purpose is to ensure that, u are able to build from start to finish without financial difficulties. If u present a building plan that is beyond your financial strength, the government will not grant u permit. If u have like say 10 cedis, and u present a building plan of 7 cedis or above u may u may be denied the permit. It means u need to have more money left after u complete the building.
The kube seller can make 15,400 cedis selling 100 coconuts a day working 22 days in a month. They can easily see 30,800 cedis a month selling 200 pieces at 7 cedis each per month. As I write this, coconut farmers do not have trustworthy people to sell to and so most dry on the trees or spoil each month. Ghana is green, Ghana is freedom.
@@aa.margaretvisit the villages, gather the number of farmers needed to achieve the quantities required for the business each month. You may need to give them money upfront so they can hold the coconuts for you. For example I have about 20 coconut farmers numbers, this was the number I needed for my business.
Greener pastures in it core is a habit and not necessarily a location, travelling outside of the country does not replace financial education and habits Also remember plants do grow on the desert also , so it does not matter how hard things are you just need the right principles to thrive.
Let me help you with some summary. He said 1. So far as we continue to lack financial education we will find it difficult to prosper. 2. Most discussions on radio stations are about politics, religion, betting & entertainment which breeds poverty. 3. Some do get some earnings but have no knowledge about how to invest it. 4. Politicians inspire poverty when you listen and follow them and all have a similar agenda, which is to impoverish citizenry. 5. The basic of finance is not taught anywhere unless you learn it your self. 5. You need to make 10,000 cedis monthly (all sources of income combined) as minimum before you become part of the race to financial freedom. 6. If you are a salary worker and you make below 5000 try and get other income sources that will bring in the extra 5000 to make for the 10,000 monthly target. 7. If you purchase a car or house, make sure you have double the cost of that project as savings before buying the car or house else you cannot maintain it. 8. If you are a busy person, you could buy products in the bumpy season and sell them in the lean season. 9. Put your money into stuff that you know how they work don't just follow anything in the name of investment. 10. Look around you for opportunities don't rely on your degree only. 11. Make it your target that anything you do to make 300 in a day, expand to make 2x.
