If you like Commodity's Milk, give B&BW's Sweet Whiskey a sniff, not a dupe, but kind of reminds me of it. And you need to try the Palmer's Lotion if you want something chocolatey for layering! :)
Van Extasyx is my favorite vanilla scent. To me, it’s vanilla ice cream with a boozy caramel sauce drizzled on top. I know many people get chocolate from it, but to me it’s rich vanilla perfection. I liked Sugar Kisses, but it can’t compete in my opinion. I hope you can find a sample soon!
Ich weiß auch nicht, warum die Unternehmen es so kompliziert machen, an Proben zu kommen. Ich habe schon so viel Originalgrössen gekauft, weil mir die Probe gefallen hat. Man kann es ja pro Person auf eine Probe begrenzen, aber so wie es gerade läuft, ist es in meinen Augen nicht sinnvoll.
Like you I did lots of research into vanillas before opting for Fire At Will extrait. I love the hint of mimosa and tbh I'm surprised how much I love it and it's become a 10/10 office scent💛
I ordered a 5ml decant of Sugar Kisses. I absolutely hated it, and gave it to my daughter's friend the same day. It smelled to me like Boardwalk Delight by Skylar, I gave her that one too.
I have Sugar Kisses and love it! I am a full on Gourmand lover though. I also wear Nota Sugar, Bianco Latte, Dulce Diablo by Narcotica, Una Tira I Altra by Hilde Soliani, Etc. 🌺🌺🌺
I would never buy Spiritueuse double vanille because it does not last on my skin at all. I was so disappointed because I loved the scent. Thats why in my case it is absolutely not worth the high prize. I love Tihota though. It lasts on my skin forever:)
Tihota ist auch bei mir letzten Monat eingezogen. Tatsächlich ein Blindbuy und überhaupt nicht bereut 🥰 So kuschelig und lecker, ohne zu süß zu sein oder zu erschlagend. Das ganze Jahr über tragbar - ob alleine oder gelayert. Man merkt: Ich bin begeistert 😄
Tihota Notes: highest grade Tahitian vanilla, muscovado, cane sugar, cream, almond milk accord, tonka bean, benzoin absolute, Palo Santo, white woods, white musk, amber. This is from their website. It’s my favorite vanilla in the world ❤
Hello thanks for your vanilla vidéo. I am not fan of vanilla in perfumes because they are often gourmand sweet or too strong with spices. I am surching like you a simple vanilla perfume easy to wear. I have smelt and noticed Bosca vanilla aqua allegoria Guerlain which is an so nice and soft salty vanilla,easy for me to wear but they don't create an travel size so I am disappointed. . I have smelt Kayali vanilla 28 so beautyfull too. After Le Couvent has one Ilhabela it's the name of the perfume. Divine Vanille from Essentials Parfums and the 5 vanilla perfumes from Sylvaine Delacourte are also to discover in samples. I have to discover them. I'll tell you if will found an beautiful simple vanilla easy to wear scent.
I have my decant of tihota on one arm and nemat vanilla musk on the other, and I cannot tell the difference. I've tested both multiple times. My children and husband can't tell the difference either.
Escapade Gourmand has poor performance (no sillage) & smells NOTHING like Bianco Latte. Zero similarities. If anything it’s closer to Fire at Will. Mahni Cassonade is much more alike Lune Feline/Babycat in that they are smoky vanillas. I’ve been wearing Fire at Will for 3 years and never thought it was smoky or remotely in line with those frags mentioned.

Lune Feline is missing from the list. My favourite vanilla at the moment is Vanilla Des Antilles by Ormonde Jayne.
