you will need just money as deposit or your passport to rent the scooty. if caught my police, you will need to show the license. Online, it says that english driving license will work (which we indians have) but with some terms and conditions. So please check it on google once.
hi, the beach mentioned in the video (Cenang) has fire show. And is great for sunset too. So after sunset you can enjoy fireshow. and buy yourself some duty free stuff as well outside the beach on the street.

There are multiple shops outside Cenang beach which are duty free (FYI all the shops have different prices which I got to know after buying the chocolates but the difference is not so much. This is what the internet says. But they will give you the vehicle anyway by asking for a deposit like they do in India.
