Kate, you are a cracking rider who is never afraid to learn and is so refreshingly humble. Testament to how you have been brought up. Keep believing you are a proper motorbiker because you show everyone you certainly are on your channel.
The humble and level headed girl that she is, did it all right and got rewarded for it... and kept all the joy inside her (on cam)! Congrats Kate, now go home and let it all out, go party... 🎉 I'm sure Mike will be proud of ya. Well done, i'm very pleased for you 👏
Thank you for the compliment Kate 👍🏼 I need to work on my drive out of the corners though. It was a great day and was really good to meet you. I did my Level 4 the following day which I highly recommend 👌🏼 Keep up the good work!
I think i've said this before, this is not my kinda bikeing but despite that, i'm finding this quite entertaining and also getting tips that I might be able to use in my everyday riding on the twisty mountain roads here. Or maybe it's just watching and listening to you that kept me rivited to the screen. Whichever way, a good video and I enjoyed it loads, thx 👍
Apparently, you've got to keep it as smooth as you can. (Some guy named Rossi said that....to his friend some other guy named, Hamilton-who agreed.) Looks like you nailed it, Kate! Cheers from the Pacific West Coast of Canada.
I’m so glad to see you returned to CSS for Level Three! Other students have made “A day of . . .” videos, but you’ve managed through filming and editing to give a concise yet full overview of a day of CSS training. It was fun seeing and hearing about your progress during the day. I’m a repeat offender with CSS, here in the US, and cannot express how great the program is an how much I enjoy the company of Keith and the other folks who make the program work. They’re the main reason I keep returning. Next up, Level Four!
@@fredatlas4396 It’s both: You become a much safer rider overall because you learn more about how inputs affect the motorcycle and about riding technique, as well as working on peripheral awareness.
I just completed a one on one 3 x day rider training course with a Senior Constable from the NSW (Australia) highway motorcycle patrol division. I learnt an incredible amount in those 3 days & have improved my road craft riding by 100%.
I've done two sessions of Superbike School repeated Level 1 because I felt I had lost a lot of it. I plan to to Level 2 and 3 next spring. Nice to see what they teach in Level 3. You turned that bike pretty quickly and passed a few riders. Impressive. That looks like a fast track.
Hey Kate, great video thanks for sharing will be sharing this vid with biking mates. (By the way how flowing is Bedford… great track) And congratulations on getting the best student 🤘🤘 result. I have never done the CSBS but sooo wanted to back in 2010/2012 when I was really learning to ride on track. Twist of the wrist 2 book that the school is built on was my savvier along with a 6 part TV documentary covering many of the class room sessions. Taught me sooooo much. Think it might be time to pay the money and do the school and find out what I missed all these years. Thanks again and hope to meet you on track one of these fine days.
On a personal level there is a lot for me to unpack here. Having done track days for a few years and entered a couple of race meetings but not really progressed my mate took me aside and suggested I spend some money on training. One of the issues he saw from watching me at Croft was weak body position so ties in quite well with this video 😅. Basically I need to unlearn and then relearn quite a lot I think, result of trying to learn in isolation for too long with little natural talent.
Awesome video Kate! I would love to do a day like this! (I’m already on the net checking it out!) And very well played for your award, looked well deserved in honesty 👏👏👏
Well done Kate, another great video, great progress and you’ve got the tee shirt to prove it! Pizza for lunch probably causing heartburn when you’re bent over the tank. Lee Johnston has a YFood yogurt drink for the same reason when he’s racing. Other brands are available 😅
Watching the video, there's a moment when Spidey is behind you and you flick from a left to a right and it's like watching WSB onboard camera - seamless and confident. Probably a very daft question, but how does this translate to road riding? Do you get on a bike after doing these feeling more comfortable? Asking as someone who also struggles with wrists and forearms on my CBR600 (definitely tense).
I’ve done all 4 levels of California Superbike School at PI in Australia. Nothing clicked for me… I learnt way more by watching Simon Crafars Motovudu videos way faster and more confident over 10 seconds a lap at PI.
Were those your only track days? Did you go into each course with a student's mindset? Did you voice your concerns throughout each day? These schools are very good at seeing if you're grasping the concepts well or not.
Hey Kate how are you doing today looking forward to seeing this later on love you on a sportsbike I noticed you have a new swanky helmet and dark visor ride safe lovely only one username Kate 😁
At my age, even if I wore my iron man suit, I don't think I would like to be on the track. Lmao, at my age, I don't need to crunched up on a sport bike
uuuhhh , new gloves ! i bet 25 % chance against tara morrison ( from down under) 5% chance against julie retaine (lovley france ) ... youtube is very very exciting 🤞 - kate how often do you practice , how many second's are between your donington ride and Hicky60 , Franco Burne and planty more ...or are the time a secret 🥱✌️🍀

I've always wanted to go to Superbike school.

Sunday night over here and watching The Green Lantern on the tele'.
Sure am glad you showed up. Much more fun to watch.
A different green thing haha!

Amazing stuff Kate, proof indeed whether you have been four months or 40 years there is still more to learn
Hello, very good job Kate, welle done! That massive smile soo good to see!
What an awesome day out. The airfield didn’t look like that when I started my apprenticeship there in 1977.😊

Is this about safety as well or more about going faster on a race track

Well edited Kate. Glad you had a good time learning and fun.
Spidy copying you was a great ex adjuration, and you took it in a good way.
I was chuckling haha
I like the way that you ride Kate! Seeing you get better just makes me want to be better!!
Great content , love to see someone enjoying learning and sharing possitive approaches .Keep up the great work Kate.
Better bring Foggy back for a Bedford rematch!! Looking quick there Kate I better watch out! 🙏

That looked a brilliant and exhausting day! Great to see the progression through the day and what a result at the end 👏
The bike sounded amazing too!
My legs where screaming at the end of the day haha
Keep the tee shirt. The colour of your face after module three shows you earned it.
I did all 4 back in the day, enjoyed and learnt a lot. Confidence is the main takeaway, in a controlled area.
Well done girl.

This looked great. I found that anything that increased body control improved my riding. Skiing and trampolining come to mind 🤣
Great video Kate. Very informative and love the journey you are sharing on the different levels of riding on track. Congratulations on best student.
Great video Kate, thanks for taking us along with you!!
My pleasure 😊

Great riding Kate. I would like to have a ride on a track, definitely on my bucket list. Enjoyed the insight.
Not surprised! Your riding is strong and seems to keep improving.... That must have been a fun class
Nice one Kate, be proud as you like 😲

Massive improvements in just one day, well done x
Awesome video! Wow, I could see the improvement from the beginning to the end. What a great experience for you. And Spied, so smooth. Best!
love the track vids, super inspiring to see as a fellow girl rider! can’t wait to get on track eventually, looks soooo fun
Nice one! That looks like a mint day 😊
I like these videos even more than bike reviews.
Excellent video! ...and your hair looks superb. 🤗
