I would also add r8 to the list. the same firmware as the flagship r3 with an upgraded sensor from the r62 and fast enough readout speeds to eliminate rolling shutter. an absolute monster of a machine trading the price for a smaller battery and one card slot
I wouldn't discount older Canons...Like the 70D, and even some of the Rebel models (T1i and above). You can get them used for cheap and the only real drawbacks are: 1) If you really have to have 4k video, you're out of luck 2) Canon stopped making EF and EF-s lenses, but there are plenty still around. It sucks you can't use all the new R mount lenses, like all those cheap Chinese ones all over YT these days. PS: Thanks for admitting to using an AI voice thing.
Thank you for your suggestions, i agree older canons are still a great value for money and a great choice if you have smaller budget. Love these suggestions when it comes to cameras there isn't one right choice, it all depends on your needs and budget, i try to do my best to narrow them down that's why i sometimes exclude some great cameras. About the Ai hopefully i get over my shyness and use my own voice but for now i think it's not that bad 😅. Anyway thank you for the comment, these comments help guide me through future videos.
Nice video! You're the first to use an AI voice and actually have a disclaimer about it. If you're looking for a voice for the channel, I would be happy to offer my services until you have the confidence to take on the voiceover yourself. For reference, the channel @TopTenAnimeGaming had me as a host for a while and I've recorded voiceover for many of my own videos if you wanted to hear my voice first. Either way, been on a camera content kick recently, good video!
Another hidden gem, the Canon EOS R8. It may lack IBIS but it’s such a good camera.
