Praying for your protection. Love jalapeño poppers. My son helped me clean peppers one time and when we was done had to go to bath next thing I know he was screaming and crying it burns it burns. Amazing on how a gallon of milk in cool bath took the burn away.

My favorite recipe is picante chicken. I take frozen boneless chicken and place it in a crockpot with picante sauce. Cooking it on low for eight hours. Then I serve it over rice or egg noodles.

You need to use the vinyl gloves to keep your fingers from burning, I use bacon strips and wrap around the peppers that have been stuffed with cream cheese but I also put garlic in the cream cheese that has been whipped.
I fry up some bulk sausage, add cream cheese, diced tomatoes and spinach to make the stuffing for the jalapeños. Then wrap the stuffed pepper with a strip of bacon. Never fried them, always put in oven. Haven’t made them in a while, but might do this again. Just a thought, soften the cream cheese and mix the bacon bits into it before stuffing into peppers. You’ll get a better distribution of the bacon bits with the cream cheese.
I wish you would learn that when you do alive. Put your phone in landscape mode before you go live. You don't have to do it vertically. You can do it horizontally. And it gives the whole picture.
You can do that with Poblano peppers, too. They are bigger, so they would be more of a meal in themselves. Poblanos are not as hot as jalapeños, as long as you take out the ribs and seeds.

My son made buffalo turds for us one time. He also made rib eye steaks which went uneaten. The buffalo turds were amazing. Enjoy your channel. Hope the storm doesn’t do any damage. D
Have you tried bacon wrapped dill pickle spears? You can cook them like you are doing the poppers now. Cook in oven 425 degrees on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 25 or longer so bacon is done to your choice.
I hope you enjoy cooking on the griddle as much as I do, I use mine all the time, but I cleaned it immediately after each use that way when I get ready to cook, I only have to wipe it down first with water and then with olive oil

If you mix ranch seasoning in the cream cheese it’s even better.
