This dude is so chill, I didn't know he was the backbone of the band, what a dude, great video, I really enjoyed. You gotta bring Alex some other time.
I've watched several interviews with Jack and he is such a cool ass laid back dude. He has zero tick star ego. I hope this band gets the respect and recognition they deserve.i honestly feel like they're what slipknot would be if they we let completely loose lol...
StP is awesome. You can def hear the Slipknot influence and bringing more hardcore to the mainstream. It's the creativity within, the hooks-for-days, they are making themselves known. Love it.
Listened to the album today which just came out, blew me away! As a 40+ Slipknot fan since the get go it really makes perfect sense. This interview was very enlightening, smart dude, not just talented. Beers Up!
Jack should be every guitarist idol man has had done so much from Acrania to Slaughter to prevail and more probably i can't keep up lol dude even has his own merch company one of my heroes for life🤘🤘🤘
An awesome interview as always!!! StP are in Russia today what Metallica was in the 80s in the USA like. P.S.: Sir, you're absolutely right about your thoughts :-) There is nothing wrong about it. Each of us will end one day, one way or another. But nobody has to fear anything :-) I've already been to the other side couple years ago due to blood pressure collapse and it's much more realistic and beautiful place than our world. And it's so full of love you can't even take :-)
Fascinating interview. Robb, you've got to get Tommy Victor of Prong on the podcast. If I'm not mistaken, you toured with Prong when you were in Vio-lence?
Diggin the fresh guests lately. Good podcast & thee dialogue back and forth and doesnt get stagnant which is rare in podcasting. Been a MH fan since the old daze so its KewL to hear these stories and re-visit these past tour/life experiences from people you've played with forever ago. It'd also Be cool to see you interview guests from other fresh and newer bands such as: FAWN LIMBS, FRONTIERER, HANDSOME PRICK, & VORVAÑ to name a few. Keep on Keepin it Real! Cheer$!
So 14 in 2009? I’m shit at maths...I was born in 1991. I’m thinking .....shit, this guys band is awesome and I’m 30 . He must be young right ?? So I was 18???? Is that right? ??this band ‘slaughter to prevail’ are awesome. Brutal as fuck!.
From what I understand because of Covid, Jack could not come to Russia. But its true he is not in the videos. But he is still the main guitarist in the band.
He's in the demolisher playthrough video, but isn't it in the baba yaga video, that's Dimitri (former guitarist, maybe full time guitarist). Jack still wrote everything though, he is the MAIN guitarist.
Not my cup musically and he had not that much to tell. I guess a talk with Alex would have been more interesting. Especially his interest in mythology symbols.
check the guys youtube channel - hes doing vocal covers on youtube for 10+ years and he has an awesome 'metal version' of we will rock you. guy sounds insane.
When I listen to or watch these extreme heavy bands interviewed, I'm surprised at how laid-back and relaxed they are. Love it.

Prong is sick.

Thanx Flnn for using your platform to promote young talent!
Rob, you are true legend. Machine Head is a beast! Thx for paying attention to young bands. And hello from
Russia, Moscow
best city in the world
What a great conversation. Jack is so wise. Definitely need to have Alex on here some time.
Hell yeah, Slaughter \m/
This was awsome watching old school meets new school fuck yeah
You impressed me now Mr.Flynn, It would be sick if you would bring Alex one day too
Fuck yes
Jack should be every guitarist idol man has had done so much from Acrania to Slaughter to prevail and more probably i can't keep up lol dude even has his own merch company one of my heroes for life🤘🤘🤘
Good stuff as always! I'll check his band out and will listen to the rest of the podcast while at my slave job.
An awesome interview as always!!!

Great interview series as usual Mister Flynn. Stoke the Fire with Jesse Leach and your show are the two best for me.
Breakdowns pay the bills’

Great Podcast ... Horns up!
Awesome interview! And you should definitely get After The Burial on the podcast. One of my favorite bands and they have quite a story.
Jesus " All hope is gone" is what Jack remembers... I am old
I thought he was gonna say MFKR Lmao
Nice to see the legends meeting the new bands! Check out Orbit Culture. One of the rising bands. Been listening a lot to them the last year
🤯 I SEEN THIS B4 BUT IT HITS HARDER SOBER🙏☮️♥️✝️
His slam riffs on acrania were sick
Their latest split ep with vulvodynia was awesome
He was 14 in 2009? Damn, I think I was like 21 - 22 then, them old feels man.
Best Aggressive/Dirty/Dry/Harsh Vocals.
1. EARLY Corey
2. Alex
I’ve heard some truly incredible tour stories from the DM scene, but the “eating mash potato with ketchup” story is not one of them.
full stoppage

And I say onto this, I can hear the joy in his voice talking to robb, man. I love this.
Man, this guy goes deep! Fuck.
🤘👺
Just listenend to a few songs of this band. Not too bad. They kind of start where Slipknot stopped after Iowa.
Boogie man
Ok call me confused, this dude aint in the baba yaga video or demolisher so???
From what I understand because of Covid, Jack could not come to Russia. But its true he is not in the videos. But he is still the main guitarist in the band.
@@masterdftw4983 Then he is certainly a baddass!

Is breakdown after breakdown a new thing to the game? STP is a good band, but they don´t stand out that much....
WILL RAMOS PLEAEEEEASE
I didn’t realise their guitarist is English. I thought they were all Russian.
Here I thought they were all russian
Great interview as always. But that music is a carbon copy Slipknot.
Hints of them.. but they have their own sound. Be real skip.
@@metalbella3737 the first song Robb played sounded like disasterpiece,no?Not hating,it was still a great interview.
Not my cup musically and he had not that much to tell. I guess a talk with Alex would have been more interesting. Especially his interest in mythology symbols.
those vocals sound like a parody of what metal vocals would be
check the guys youtube channel - hes doing vocal covers on youtube for 10+ years and he has an awesome 'metal version' of we will rock you.
guy sounds insane.
Nowadays, a parody would be doing Rob Halfords/Hettfields vocals. Shit changes dude lol
@@fuckboiactual1976 yeah very true. Old school metal vocals are now parody.
Joey lives forever. Bless you brothers.
Lorna Shore suck's. Nothing new. Just copy of Carnifex but in new cover. Not interesting. StP is a really something new and fresh.
Everything about this video is cool other then rob flynn….fuckin political propagandist
that feeling when rob flynn propsing your band... priceless
