2024 MD Commencement

At the WashU Medicine MD Commencement ceremony, bagpipes, flashing cameras and smiling faces ushered in the graduating Class of 2024. Most in the class entered medical school during a global pandemic and with the launch of the Gateway Curriculum, the first overhaul of the school’s program of studies in more than two decades.
David H. Perlmutter, MD, executive vice chancellor for medical affairs, the George and Carol Bauer Dean of the School of Medicine and the Spencer T. and Ann W. Olin Distinguished Professor, praised the class for their resilience, hard work and commitment to medicine and science.
