I have the flexfoams pads in the pure cotton and radiant and infinity lol I have a mix of the pads lol I'm buying more 2 1 for the pure cotton ones

Issues with irregular period, I’ve been using a Chinese herb called dong quai for yearsssssss. Comes in a pill form like any other vitamins. You can get it at a health food store like Whole Foods or Amazon.
