New House Project Alert! I’m finally continuing projects in the new house and am starting with our guest bathroom. I’m decorating my guest bathroom to match my house with a mid-century modern look, with a touch of boho. This is a fun 2hr refresh that doesn’t go exactly to plan, but I also talk about how plans can be made to be broken, and how I’m practicing letting go of over worrying about things.

The before and after looks beautiful. I think the towel should be a solid color and layer it with a hand towel and washcloth. Overall I give it a 10

I’m wondering what it might look like if you layered the towel with other towels in your color scheme so it’s not just navy on navy.
It always seems yucky tasks take half the time we think it will and the fun stuff we dive into take twice as long. Girl, you are inspiring! I bought that same shelf set in natural wood but have been putting off installing. You’re giving me the confidence to just go for it.
