I've made this dish a total of 5 times now, what I would suggest is that you cut out the bit where you add extra water if the chicken breast you are using isnt of a high quality, reason being the chicken will leak a lot of water out of it and if you add extra water you get more of a chicken curry soup ^^, Extremely tasty dish tho

I made this last night and it was over-the-moon delicious! The author said "This is not traditional chicken curry recipe" so I took that as my cue to go ahead an improvise and so I took advantage of the opportunity to clean out the fridge. I followed the base recipe exact (aromatics and spices) but only added three tomatoes (because that's all I had), added about a quarter of a fresh zucchini, half a container of mushrooms (they were getting close to retirement), a lonely sweet yellow pepper, and about four slices of jalapeno that was left over from pho. Aligning the uncovering of the pan to music at 2:20 was just over the top.
This is heartburn inducing food not an iconic skin reveal movie scene.
literally just made it. turned out soooo good
Thank you for this recipe, I made it last night followed the recipe exactly and it came out absolutely delicious, served it with rice, everyone loved it 🙏👍👍
I made this last night using coconut milk and the result was simply delicious
With tomatoes?
@@lovelymoyet6614 yes l made it as indicated.
@@laurettecastellano2830 im doing the same but adding green chilis
My mom loved this and thinks I'm some sort of 5 star chef now. Thank you.
Love this recipe always come back to find it. Real cooking from scratch 👍winner
Made this tonight. Don't be shy with the ingredients and make sure you season liberally. Really a good recipe, tasted fucking awesome!
Oh no please no swear swear me child
I love the editing and the music❤️ the food looks good too. I must give this recipe a go😊✌️
I made this the other night and it was absolutely delicious! I’ve never been able to make a nice curry before so thank you! Making it again next week 🙂
Is it true you can use greek yogurt instead of Coconut milk/cream for the thickening? if not yogurt could you just use milk?
I made it today and my husband and I loved it! He said it's the best curry he has ever had! Thank you
My pregnant wife has currently lost all her appetite for chicken, but this recipe seems to have brought it back! Thank you! It was a complete hit!
❤
Really nice post with the emphasis on the food rather than the egotistical posing of a pseudo chef. Nice music as well. I'll try this recipe and a few others. Thanks.
This is the best chicken curry recipe I have ever tried in my life. Thank you
How would you describe the flavor?
@@chunga100 fookin delious. It's very tasty. You gotta have it with some rice tho.
Thank you for such a great recipe. It was good to eat something out of the norm!
Tried this last night & both my husband and I loved it! It was my first time attempting curry at all. It tasted great last night & for lunch today
I just made this curry. I changed it slightly as I was using thigh meat instead of breast. I cooked as per the recipe but removed it from the heat and cooked my thighs separately before re adding to the base mix. WOW.!!! Don't think this is a weak mid week curry.! This is an epic tasting full on flavour explosion. I did add a couple of small green chillies to add a bit of heat with the garlic and ginger because I like a bit of heat. I served it with egg fried rice and buffalo wings. Many thanks for sharing the recipe. Recommend any curry lovers give it a try.!!
Some serious beats you got goin' man.
This gravy is delicious!😋 I've made it a couple of times now
Gravy?

I’ve just cooked this and it’s delicious !! My friends love it!!! Thank you for your recipe :)
I've made this multiple times and my family absolutely loves it. It's super easy and really rewarding. My gf works with East Indians and brought the leftovers to work and they thought it was an authentic curry made by an Indian lol.
Lol 😂
Did you use Chicken or Vege Stock instead of water? I'm thinking of giving this a crack, looks yummy :)
@@TheRoadtrain I used water, but my next go ill be using chicken stock. I recommend cooking it slower and longer on a little less heat. Low and slow for Indian food will really bring out those flavours.
This weekend i'm going for it. Think I'll use chicken pieces with the bone in as that will give it more flavour, and I'll try the vege stock, I don't want it to be too Chickenee lol if thats a word. Low and slow, thank you for that tip :)@@EastVan604
This recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious. I have made it several times. One of my favorite recipes.

like the idea of cooking meat with Coconut cream . Another masterpiece as always. Thanks dearest Cooking Foodie!
I didn't have all the ingredients on hand so I substituted for what I did have:
I did not have ginger so I used ginger powder.
I only had two Roma tomatoes
I did not have coconut milk so I used plain yogurt instead
I did not have vegetable oil so I used olive oil
I had 3/4 of red onion and half of white onion
When I TELL YOU THIS STILL CAME OUT DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to scream!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the easy to follow recipe!!!!!!!! it was amazing!!!!!!!
I doubled the recipe, premarinated the chicken with some yoghurt, stuck to 2 Onions though, added 1 can of milk and next time 1 can of tomatoes instead of two. Added peas too. Turned out yum. Thank you 😊
I've made this twice. AMAZING
Hello Sharon how are you doing

This music really got me in the mood while I cooked
I made this tonight and it was hit! Even my mother in law who doesn't care for indian food enjoyed it as well. This was sooo good. Sated my craving for Indian, will definitely make again. I used a little bit more curry powder and garam masala than was suggested
Best and easy recipe ever. Wish could give you million likes. Thank you!
This is CRAZY!!!. I never cook something delicious like this before. I did it. At last.
