It’s completely up to you as to how much you want to share. Of course! I was reminded of a blog I used to read called Miss Minimalist. This was 10 - 15 years ago. Miss Minimalist and her husband had a baby girl. She said that they would not be sharing any photos or specifics about baby, and would refer to her on social media as Plum Blossum. Her posts were less and less frequent as Plum Blossum got older, and pretty much stopped once she got to be school age. I always thought it was charming. Look forward to whatever you want to share.
So many people were disappointed but they all made sure to let me know🤣🤣🤣🙃 I think what people are really missing is that part of grieving is becoming more protective, and when such happens you lean into your close circle more As far as your blogger friend goes could be either that blogs died completely years ago or she realized that sharing become a chore 🤷🏻♀️

We didn't share my first pregnancy publicly and I have no regrets. This pregnancy, I'm sharing very minimally (is that a word? Idk). The only unsolicited advice I have is that you should enjoy your pregnancy the way you want to! Other's opinions aren't relevant, especially if they are strangers.
