2nd case-I was surprised the judge didn’t ask her if she tried to return the items bought for the wedding…
thats what i was about to say. surely she couldve returned the dress etc. I feel sorry for the bride....i guess the plaintiff just wantwd to keep the outfit and show she was right 🤷♀️
First Case: as an asthma sufferer : I would have gotten a hotel room! No way would I have attempted to stay.

1st case the plaintiffs are ridiculous and pathetic honestly lol as an asthmatic myself if i walk into my house and the job isnt quite finished as it wasnt meant to be till next day i would walk out find somewhere else to sleep and just let it be geezus
I think she should have given the dress, etc to the defendant bcoz now she has both money and clothes
These two can't even keep their own story straight. The first time it was they were up all night with allergies, having to use an inhalor to breathe because of all the dust and the second story is, they were sleeping like babies and didn't even notice the dust. What they SHOULD HAVE done was be more clear with their contractor about exactly when they would be returning, so he could fulfill his contract with them and have everything done before they got home. Instead, they insinuated they might be home the next day, and he thought he had more time, so he left the cleanup for morning and rather than doing the SMART THING and going to a hotel to sleep, if they had allergies and asthma and they could clearly see the job wasn't finished, they wanted to sleep in their own bed, and they both set off their sinuses with the dust.
why do these closing credits sound like a horror movie jeez lol the other court shows don't sound like this lol
In the 2nd case, I don't see eye to eye with the judge. The defendant had to pay her nothing. She herself continued to her getting kicked out of the wedding by her nasty misconduct. The survey could be source of tension for other bridesmaids. Who knows
First case: Am I the only one wondering if the plaintiff is a man?
1st plaintiff husband is older the his wife, much older but don't let her rule your life.😂
