2013 Midsize Polaris Ranger 800 Check Engine Light Code 3598-4 ECU Output Supply Voltage Low

here is a video of my 2013 Polaris Ranger Midsize 800 LE on 06/23/2013, Check engine light comes on, bike runs fine. Engine code is 0--3598-4 which in the service manual refers back to ECU Output Supply Voltage Low.It does this sometimes while easing around, But if I go full throttle for a short time like in the video and let off the light comes on EVERYTIME. My Ranger recently went in to the dealer for this and I was told it was a faulty thermostat sticky and it was replaced.
