Yes, I think it might be possible to make a micro machine gun, simply put, salt grain sized b.b. s for an automatic gun run by compressed air or gun type c02 cartridges. And yes, I know many b.b. machine guns are out there, I saw them here, but we'd want something that would only kill bugs, not pock your walls full of holes and break windows, etc. I'd like the velocity high and the penetration controlled by the type of material the b.b's are made from, and yes explosive ammo would be fun. Only problem is I'm 54, not 10 so the fun would only amuse me for about 15 minutes, not like when I was 10 which would be a summer long hobby:)

I'm on my third one and it's worth it when there are flies around! At bbq's I give them to my nephews to run around on "fly-duty" and it's worth a lot of laughs.... but even the "bulk-deals" are high priced.

It shoots a smaller pattern with greater penetrating power and fewer salt grains in a shot. Hits harder, but you must aim more precisely.
