Mantra Yoga Part 14 - How to destroy existing & future enemies to be peaceful -Ep258 16-Oct-2020

If a person has lived for 75 years in previous birth and has got a human birth in this life (ignore if other than human birth), then his longevity and prosperity in this birth is defined by the amount of good work he had done in previous birth. He will however suffer from diseases and wretched life if he has done more bad deeds in his previous birth. This can be seen in the 5th, 8th and 12th house of the zodiac in the present birth. So, the next birth horoscope can be designed as it is all based on the karmas in current birth.
So apart from me being an enemy for myself, there are external enemies in our life like parents, brothers, sisters, neighbors etc. Relations are also defined based on the problems I had created to them in the previous birth(s). Hence, one should not create enemies with anyone during one's lifetime. So, how to get over the problems from enemies and how to not carry forward any enmity to next births? Lord Anjaneya answers that chanting the name of Lord Rama is the simplest remedy for this when he was asked this question by Rishis and Munis. This secret is available in the Rama Rahasya Upanishad.
How do we create enemies for ourselves?
1. Jealousy
2. Inferior complexity.
Effects:
1. Loss of mental peace.
2. Sometimes it leads to death.
3. New diseases start.
There are 5 types of enemies:
1. Hita shatru
2. Gupta shatru.
3. Antaranga
4. Bahiranga
5. Kshanika
Mudra:
Rama mudra
Mantra:
OM NAMO BHAGAVATHE VEERA RAAMAAYA
SAKALA SHATROON HANA HANA SWAAHA
This can be chanted in any direction and any time. It removes all our internal enemies like anger, jealousy), existing enemies, enemies getting created in future. Enemies become friends and without any expenses or external help, we can get rid of our enemies.
Tantra (Lavana kriye)
1. Take a fist full of salt.
2. Chant this mantra for 108 times or 30 minutes.
3. Take iLi from head to toe for 21 times.
4. Throw this salt into some dirty water so that it dissolves in that water.
Enemies will just walk away from your life and no new enemies will get created in your life.
