I love the fact that they have an inflight magazine! So many airlines have done away with it. But I'm old school so it's nice to see Vistara have that. I usually fly American and they never brought back American Way after the pandemic. But United still has Hempisheres magazine in seat pockets.
Thanks for introducing subtitles even in regional Indian languages. Even though I know English, I checked and it's perfectly translated. Visit India again ❤.
Nice video kevin.. in the past one week I have subscribed to two aviation channels.. one being the layover aviation and the second being you. Looking forward to your delhi to paris trip report in Vistara.
Looks really great considering this was a narrow body aircraft. The reason the IFE was not there might be the plane being old, I guess? Cuz I've seen Vistara's new business class seats in their a321neo and they're way better than these, with more space and large IFE screens.... Anyways, really eager for your review on Vistara's 787 business class...
Nah it was a 3 year old aircraft. Vistara had always meant to offer different seats in their A321s as those aircraft are meant for longer routes such as to Singapore or Dubai. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
You’re spot on on the coffee 👏 a small suggestion for the hotel reviews would be to comment on their coffee/ coffee bars. So many amazing hotels still offer crappy coffee or not a wide selection of roasts or beans 😢 thanks for the amazing content, keep it up sir 🫡
As always a very neat video, to the point. Good research about the JV and the merger. Hope Air india can become better than Vistara. Loooking forward to the vistara dreamliner video. It would be really great if you can document the changes happening in Air India every six months or a year, especially when their a350-900s with aeroflot interiors arrive and also their 737s arrive at the end of this year.
I have taken the same early morning flight from Chennai to Delhi once last year and it was amazing. It was on Economy though but still I felt premium. Being part of the overall TATA group workforce, I feel proud about Vistara and the TATA's getting hold of Air India. Good times ahead. Reg. The Chennai airport, it's fallen so far down the pecking order behind Bengaluru & Hyderabad. I agree that the one and only lounge is always full. I would instead head to the Irish House lounge bar in the 1st floor of the domestic airport. They are building an integrated terminal and soon to be inaugurated. hopefully we see some improvement
Newer A320 of vistara have IFE in Business. You can find between Delhi Kochi , Delhi to Dhaka and Delhi to Bhubaneswar (I've only seen IFE in these Routes so far dosent kbow if they have IFE for business class in other routes)
@@tfft Allways a Pleasure man!!! Your videos are To be honest better than Most of Airline reviewers if you could only add few Aviation related facts to video you can be called a proper Airline Reviewer.
@@tfft Nothing much by facts i mean those bit more of informations about aircraft / flap configurations / features / Airport history / passenger footfall etc that could draw the attention of avgreeks to your channel.
hii....can you make an overall review video about your India trip, about your best and worst experiences, how the hospitality experience in India was compared to rest of the places you have visited, scope and future, etc. ? Also comparing the best hospitality experience in India to the best rated one in your channel? That would actually be quite useful for different groups of your viewers who want to benefit from your videos for their own different reasons and interests.

Great Review Kevin! I’ve been following your channel for a couple of months now and I really enjoy your detailed and unbiased content Do visit Sri Lanka too! We’ve got a two unique airlines (Sri Lankan Airlines and FitsAir) which I trust you’d enjoy reviewing :)
As always amazing video man. I very much recommend you to go to LEH in India and also a Hotel called THE ROSEATE GANGES in Rishikesh. Hope to see you back soon in India. 👍👍👍
At 3:00, the information boards do show flight details in English. It's just that they take frustratingly long time to switch the language. Once, I was getting mad waiting, what felt like an eternity, for the language to change. This is somehow unique to Chennai airport. If you're in a rush, it's can be even more frustrating.
Hi Kevin, after your not so great experience at an ITC hotel I take back my recommendation for ITC Maurya in New Delhi. However I would like to suggest some of the best hotels in India which are located in Rajasthan such as Six Senses, Oberoi in Udaipur, Umaid Bhavan Palace and few more. Hope thats on your travel list now or sometime in future
You should do videos on what places you visit also , your videos on the medium of transportation as well as the place of atay already give me an Idea that you will be a fantastic travel vlogger with unprecedent variety and attention to detail.
Vistara's A321 fleet has the inbuilt IFE for every seat and they provide headphones if needed - Disposable ones for the Economy and Premium Economy passengers and a fancy branded one for the Business class passengers. The business class seats in their A321 aircrafts turn into flatbeds. But the Vistara experience is fantastic. As for the lounge, I think that's an issue across several domestic airports. Bangalore and Mumbai are at the top of their lounge game, or so I felt everytime I've travelled out of them.
I hope you don’t mind, but I just had to say how wonderful your vedios today.keep doing and great health and happiness always lots of love 💕❤️❤️❤️ and also create to more videos in Indian airlines ❤
I remember flying Alitalia back in 2017 and I'm 99% sure they also served french press coffee in economy class (amazing!!!). I also boggles me why more airlines don't offer this, even for economy class, as I doubt the cost difference is that large.
Thank you for the review and all details. Im gonna fly with this airlines soon. There are not many reviews. im curious to see for business class from Paris.
Great video , there is one blogger josh cahill he always complain about vistara not sure why but I have traveller multiple times and yes they are great

It often comes as a surprise to me when aviation vloggers from other countries consider personal air vents as a 'plus point'. Are there airlines which do not provide personal air vents?
The vast majority of newer wide body air craft do not feature them. They are an option on all aircraft but most carriers (outside of North America) don’t have them installed. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
There is starbucks coffee served on board for a reason.....bcs starbucks in india is jointly owned by TaTa (called TaTa starbucks alliance)...and other fact- Current CEO of starbucks global is Indian(That's nothing to do with this deal 😅)
The Tata Starbucks tie up began long before the current CEO came into the picture. But yes, I mention Tata is the MFH for Starbucks in India in my next video.
Cabin looked quite dated and worn. Glad it was a decent flight. Let’s see what happens with the new airline post merger. Air India has been such a total mess for so long. Fingers crossed
Unfortunately vistara merging with air india doesn't seem to be good outcome for maintaining such high quality and standards for a carrier, hoping Singapore airlines have a huge say in maintaining the standards for Air India

The word “Departures” was in English, ironically, but at 3:00 all destination names and flight status indicators were in Tamil or Hindi. 🤷🏼♂️
