Thank you for this podcast and the look through the Rowan Magazine. Quite a few designs would look great on you too! It was great to hear from you again!
@@AnneFeatonby I'd like to, but must get my hands on a copy of this! Really like the Abstract designs... especially the vest, long sweater, and cover sweater. I need more hands! Lol
I am glad your move seems to have gone well, and that you are back to making your always interesting podcasts. I'd be interested to hear (in a podcast perhaps) of any customs experiences you might have had in ordering yarn from outside of Canada. In my experience it seems to be a random risk!
Yes, the move went extremely well, it was just tedious for the two months we had both houses to look after :) Now we are here and pretty settled already - amazingly ! Yes, it is a random thing with Canada Post whether they catch your parcel for customs or not. I don’t order from the UK often….because I really do specialize in Rowan and I have a Rowan stockist here, and if she doesn’t have it, I order direct from Knitrowan.com and then my order is dispatched from Sirdar in the US…… I do really enjoy the parcels, so I just block out the thread of customs :)
Thank you so much Anne! Fab review and I’ve bought the book. Great news, as in UK the copies will be signed with your choice of personalised message. How lovely is that? Thanks again
Thank you for the review! A little too graphic for my taste but fun to view. I'm looking forward to seeing the Rowan Magazine 71 uploaded on their website this week. If I buy it, I'll use your link. Thank you Ann!
Hi Donna! I like looking at all of the designs, even if they aren’t something I personally would knit. The combination of shades and yarns intrigue me. I’m working on my overview of 71 right now. It’s different….you’ll see :) and thank you! (For dropping by and for consideration in using my affiliate link :)
@@gailthompson4102 Gail, I haven’t got my subscriber copy yet….I have a preview copy from Rowan to review….just posting it now….it’s a great magazine IMO…..something for everyone. Hope the subscriber copies come soon….hmmmm, I’m going to check my subscription to make sure it hasn’t lapsed……red face 😳
@@AnneFeatonby They spoiled me with the last one as I had it before they were in the stores. I took a look at the site - looks like some really nice ones there.
Thank you! I especially like the silhouettes of these designs, and I see them in solid colors for myself.
The long length cardigan is simply stunning.
It is!

Very interesting. Don't know that I'd try any of those designs, but great to see the creativity in knit design!
Thanks for this review Anne. Absolutely love these designs!
Yes, I think so too! It’s hard to pick a project this season :) Are you going to knit one from Abstract, or Mag 71?
