BARISTA BASICS: Crema with the Xenia

EN: This is a short video with a whiteboard animation and some clips of espresso shots. The purpose is to better understand what crema is and how it affects the espresso taste. Obviously the machine we use is the Xenia Heat Exchange Espresso machine. The grinder we use is the Eureka Specialita. Enjoy the video!

Honestly I am struggling to get enough creativity… it seems after work, I don’t have the motivation to do any videos… but after some important meetings in April, I promise to go on with new videos… Is there anything you would like to see a video on? Was thinking about a series on basic coffee recipes.
