the secret to always ending up top: when you don't waste time watching and gauging where others are on a task, then you can stay perfectly focused and undistracted allowing you to spend more time developing skills and getting feedback faster (as you're usually done first). I realized this in second grade when I finished a test and looked around. noticed others were looking around too, figured they had also finished. then noticed they were trying to look at other people test answers while simultaneously covering up their own sheets. They were wasting time looking around to others for answers because they never bothered to learn them to begin with.

I had Sigma moments when I used to be in the Navy. Basically I was introverted, kept in excellent shape and was known to be good at art and drawing. There was always some other guy, usually loud and obnoxious, who would give me compliments that sounded a bit sarcastic. They would also point out my flaws. Usually these guys were also confused that I chose to not hookup with any of the girls on base or go out clubbing, that I could be so content by myself.
This was me. I treated my service like prison. Saved my money, played sports, and enjoyed the semi traveling. Didn't travel like I thought. So I came back to a changed environment where the public was charged and CHANGED. Drugs, guns, and sex. In that order.....🤦
Captn Kirk was an Alpha and Spock was a Sigma. As a leadership team, they were unstoppable. However, Kirk was self-aware of his limitations and usually kept his ego in check when it came to Spock. Most Alphas are unable to attain this level. And that's why I've always admired the character of Captn Kirk.
Its should be, the ability to be their best, not THE best. one tries for themself and one tries for others. your interpretation sounds like any ol' introvert.
and yet as a Sigma you STILL get challenged by the Alpha even though you are NOT competing because they SENSE that "energy" that you DO NOT CARE about their sense of "entitlement" and that makes them NERVOUS !!!
You nailed it. Alphas operate from deep insecurity and fear. Sigmas recognize that, and can't help but look down on it as childish and shallow, as well as the entire social hiarchy alphas seem so obsessed with dominating.
It's not keeping out it's more realizing you control your realm because with out it, you don't gain experience in those other attributes. Enjoy your freedom youngish, but longing is apart of the heart as well.

A good example for a Sigma male was in the “Karate Kid” franchise was Mr. Miyagi and he was a Sigma male minded individual and was always quiet and observant of like how he would watch Daniel Larusso always be “Outspoken” and be conflicted with his battles with his rivals (Johnny Lawrence, Chozen Tagouchi, Mike Barnes) and Mr. Miyagi was always patient with his students. And he taught them to be sufficient and resilient 👍🏽💪🏽🙏🏽
I disagree I think. Miyagi is a specialist for society. Smart, isolating, not bothering anybody and wise. A Sigma can confront others if needed, can charm women, can do everything an Alpha does but doesn't need validation from the hierarchy. I think what you define is too many people in society and because Sigma is so rare, something is not right in the original definition of the Sigma. The best clue is this: if you can charm a room full of women but doing your own thing and need no validation that's a true Sigma. Maybe a poor example, but highlighting Sigma natural ability to understand social cues and component needed for a true Sigma. Or a Sigma can visit another village in a remote country but can easily adapt and pick up clues to survive and win people over to get want he needs and then leaves mysteriously. I think Sigma's do NOT like staying at home, but comfortable with the world in isolation, discovering, and adapting with people as needed, very smart, can defend on the spot, and very similar to Alpha in how they interact with others.
My secret as a Sigma male is that I do not care what people think,, do or want. I am stoic about life......I do not need or want approval...i am self sufficient....
I agree but as a human being we kinda still do care what others think but the difference is a sigma will still do what he wants regardless of what people think ! 😊
I’ve always questioned why I am the way I am.. literally the description of this. I don’t want to take charge but somehow always end up in charge, I want what’s best for everyone but o want us all to be on the same page. Seeing things from everyone’s perspective and being confident and quiet at the same time. Thank you I guess I know now I’m a self sufficient sigma male who stays quiet and is always aware of my surroundings no matter the situation, cool calm collected. The only thing I disagree with is the violence part, sometimes there needs to be violence in order to be peace and I’m not above that. Maybe why I can’t get along with alfa males cause I’ll just break away and do my own thing.
Dude this is me! I have literally been chosen to lead in many instances without my input but i turnout to lead well! Not in the loud aggressive way society teaches me to but in that soft but outspoken kind of command. May God bless me to be productive and useful with such a xter!!🙏
I find that the alpha is always overcompensating for thier shortcomings. Big muscles , big truck or expensive vehicle. When deep down the alpha is a beta in disguise, and is jealous of anyone who is talented and well liked. While maintaining boundaries and a moral compass.
A true definition of Sigma, which is supposed to very rare, is a person who actively contributes to society's well-being via his wisdom, social competency, and confidence. Not the person who builds wood projects at home, or collects stamps on the weekend in quiet rural town, or builds a solo business for himself to survive, because people are annoying or irrelevant. A true Sigma in my opinion has the same force for societal change but does it with right intention, and without the need to fit into a hierarchy (basically mythical Samurai's or Warriors). Sigma already have all the qualities of an Alpha just does it differently. The Alpha and Sigma have identical competency skills to deal with the external world.
I have been following u for the last 6 months and I have noticed every point u describe is valid, I wonder how a person can know so much about personality what did u learn, and from where did u learn that's so accurate.
I've been a Sigma my whole life and didn't know it. This explains why I've always been so comfortable in my own skin being able to command respect from a crowd without the need for attention or clout that I'd rather not engage in.
You too? Welcome to the club. Guys like us have been sigma without knowing it, but the "so-called alphas", the betas, and the loose and ignorant females tried/try to make you feel like a beta. Bottom line is that sigmas, generally, are more intelligent than alphas, and are a serious threat to an alphas position in society, especially because they are hard to identify until its too late. I have heard some talk about sigmas as if they are gammas like Rollo Tomasi but thats just gaslighting. While there is some truth in it, the reality is that a sigma is a serious threat to an alpha and his tribe. You have to calculate what you cannot see.
A true alpha, in wolf culture at least, where the whole misconception was developed from, despite the considerable efforts of the original creator of the theory to alert people to the mistake of the hypothesis in his best selling book that was ignored while the refuted publication continued to enjoy popularity amongst the confirmation biased, is concerned for the welfare of the whole pack, and would appreciate the value intelligence adds to the group, and would not be threatened by not feeling like the smartest kid in the room.
There are several types of intelligence and it’s likely that alphas are on average more intelligent in certain areas while sigmas are more intelligent in other areas. The video explains this pretty well: alphas are focused on the social game, they acquire dominance by being the pushiest puppy at mommies teats while sigmas acquire dominance by being awesome in whatever field they find themselves in.
@@DR-nh6oo do you have a legit concern about the video or are you a beta who doesn’t like being reminded that it’s a beta? Wolves drive non conforming members out in almost the exact same way as people. Society is just starting to acknowledge the value of the outliers, probably why you feel so threatened.
@@godwantsplastic Alphas are pack leaders, they understand the benefits of ensuring each is allowed their need and a responsibility to contribute according to their ability, they dominate with intelligence and mindful action, domination is a desperate measure by those who act from fear, not courage, it does not allow the needed attention to details, ultimately it cannot win the loyalty of the pack, and is doomed to fail, taking the whole group down with them, until intelligence aligns with circumstance, perhaps, and the pack can begin to thrive. Confirmation bias is keeping you exactly where the tyrants want you to be. Only the brave can accept the truth of their innate frailty and perform their duty.
Sigmas have an extraordinary ability to harness and use their power versus display it and give it away, thus earning more respect than an alpha who loves to put their borrowed power on display while losing respect. This video is dead on accurate. I have a good friend who has all the sigma male traits and he is much more respected and sought after versus the self proclaimed alpha in our unit..
After watching your video, I think I just realized that Im a sigma male.... weird, never considered that before. But most of the points brought off in your video, I can identify with them. I always thought I was a beta male, maybe it was true in my past, but I think it's a natural evolution from beta to sigma.
A Sigma would NEVER get themselves confused for a Beta. That's not even to knock Betas either. Many Sigmas consider Deltas to be the lowest male personality trait.
They hate them because the sigma sees through their hidden insecurity under all that bruhaha and compulsive psychopatic tendency to control everything and everyone to have a false sense of selfworth in the same dessert everyone is in.
About walking from as fight: here is a story. A guy wants to fight to prove his point so. The Sigma guy ask him...Do you want to win or loose...the other guy taken aback look at him. And say...Win of course" so the Sigma guy said to him....ok you won and walked away...
Yes, but if the mission is to teach a wisdom and not walk away because of a clear violation or theft of space, the true Sigma can emulate and charm a group to get want he wants, or can defend his own territory on the spot, THEN walks away, and forgets about it a second later, never bragging or boasting. Think of a hired Samurai who trains silently in the woods, but may contract to kill an enemy for an entire village in need. This Sigma MODELS the Alpha, having huge social presence if needed, confidence, wisdom, , but once the job is done, and the wisdom is set forth, leaves early in the morning from the village, to live silently in the woods,.

Many of which are life changing decisions. I'm not going to rush into this. But after a recent conversation, I was told by someone she paid twelve hundred a month just for rent. I own my home, and was unaware of this. I was shocked. Really. So that might have something to do with the rush. It's economic. I don't want a significant other simply for economic reasons. I'd like for her to be with me because she wants me, not just because she needs a place to live. Sex is nice, but if I have no emotional involvement, I'd rather be alone.
I’m not the best judge of character, most of the sigma traits I carry. Been different from the pack from the word go, taken most of my life to work out who I really am.
Fundamentally, the personality of a man, whether Alpha or Sigma, exists in a spectrum. No man is exclusively alpha or exclusively Sigma. They share some common features. A man can be 80% Sigma, and 20% Alpha, or vice versa, etc.
There are also the hive minds which are far superior to the alpha or sigma males, these hives exist to maximize their survivability in the Universe and anything that is seen as a possible threat like that of individuality is phased out with gene engineering and brain-computer-interfaces, even wars will be fought in which these hive minds will crush any opposition that believe the future is anything but the collective.
This is ridiculously accurate. It’s kinda scary how much this describes me. I had a younger guy tell me he considers himself alpha. He’s a friend. I told him “I don’t give a fvck about that word I just do my thing.” Both of us were “right” if you understand what I’m saying.
It’s funny, I just found all these videos and they’re ridiculously scarily accurate too, I know a guy 2 years older than me (a friends friend) who I’ve heard dislikes me when I’ve barely met him and I’m pretty sure he’s the “alpha” of their friend group so it’s kinda
"He knows how to defuse a situation before it gets out of hand" There's one move that a like to play when I perceive another guy coming at me with a challenging attitude and a bad mood, I let them approach and just before they say anything, I simply greet them in a very respectful and friendly way, that puts them immediately in a very awkward position, where if they choose to ignore my hand waiting for them shake it, and start defying me, they will be perceived by everyone as a crazy man, meaning everyone will take my side if anything happens. So they have no option but to shake my hand and behave, and that means they're not in control, they are forced to play my game and they don't know how to play it, so you can clearly see the frustration in their faces and hear it in their voices, as they try to look composed.
I see why I don't want to be around a lot of people and think thats a weakness but I always show them up because they think I have no confidence in myself.
Hmmm... I show them up in the process of finding ways to be more efficient and productive at my job not because I care whether or not people think I have no confidence, so much so I was hired on before intended and about 3-6 months later got promoted. My superiors do not babysit me because they know if I'm out of sight I am doing my job. I've unofficially been given the title of a leader without having the title all in the pursuit of optimizing my work load so it does not wear on my body and that was my personal goal seeing as I'm getting older, while everyone else is looking for conversations and attention. Though my traits throws everyone off, it's acknowledged and respected. Accomplished with minimal conversations (ass kissing included) done by hard work and not being distracted by others and having priorities and discipline.

I have been studying this stuff a lot recently because I have an interesting dynamic between a friend of mine and myself whereas I am the sigma and he is the alpha. To keep it short, the guy got his pilot's license, he's working on his diving cert, he's working in HVAC, he hits the gym on a decent frequency but not as much as I do, he's got a fiancé, and he and I are both helicopter electricians. He has a couple of nice cars and a really nice living situation, always dresses nicely, etc. But when push comes to shove, I've been his "older brother" very consistently. nope. alpha are not about power, beta are about power. alpha are about individual success and then collective success. they are commanding, competent, self-controlled, motivated, inspiring, self-reliant, disciplined, but most of all with strong moral values and structure. if sigma is like that then he is alpha, if he is not then he is beta. if he doesnt care about anything, and thinks he is special or whatever, he is beta. ego trip.
@@propellerhead2000 I dont understand your comment or what you are insinuating. But I guess you see defending in defining. So you are taking it emotionally and incorrectly.
An alpha needs social validation and admiration to reenergize. His mood and sense of self-worth may be too dependent on the opinions of others. If you can learn to downplay your achievements, avoid sensory overstimulation, remain grateful, find selflessness, practice delayed gratification, cease taking offense (not taking yourself too seriously), and feel zero need to impress others- this will lead you to much contentment in life. A social media addiction does not facilitate this.
I really enjoyed this video. Because I never felt like an Alpha male but I never felt like none of those other weaker males in the hierarchy structure either. Sigma fits my disposition perfectly.
Still not Sigma though. You are a specialist in society doing his own thing. A Sigma has the same social charisma to hold strong presence if needed, like a visiting wolf of a pack of other wolves for the night, teaches them the ways of the wise, and leaves the next morning.
@@THEREALLORDJ I dont think this how they describe sigma is actually alpha. Sigmas make their own rules, they dont fit in any system, they lack humility, they dont follow hierarchy. It looks like a huge beta ego trip.

"Working in the shadows to get what you want." I guess that's why I'm good at stealth in video games... and a dead-eye shot with a sniper rifle, pardon my brag.
Alpha attracts and controls sheeps in the herd, which are majority of the population. Alpha is generally in control of the society and sheeps adore him. He IS the unquestionable leader of the pack. He gets the best game, everyone obeys and follow him, his ideas must be best, he tolerates no countering, everyone is submissive towards him. Sigmas do not obey, they can't stand someone giving them the orders, they would rather be kicked out of the pack. Sigma's disobediance strikes the ego of the alpha, like "how dare you, you worthless scum". Sigmas follow their own rules, they are not necessarily disobedient. That makes him outcast and leading member in the pack in ethical/intelligent sense at the same time, like Jesus: I do nor force You to follow me, nor to find my preaching as the smartest, I respect you for who You are, I don't care to be on the top, the leaders of this world are not my rulers, and over the time sigma gains the respect from whole community, except alphas and their blind followers. The downside is that sigma's behaviour also attracts bullies and their followers to pick on sigma, though he never submits. Some herd members may find alpha annoying, but they still follow or obey him, more or less. The rest still have that strong feeling to belong to the pack, no matter what, even if they dislike alpha or are indifferent or amorphous attitude, but they still don't have sigma's energy to go their own way. Also, these not-alpha-adorers are more likely to respect sigma.
Alphas hate sigmas because they struggle to manipulate or control them. Even if the alpha can do it physically, the sigma outsmarts him and still makes it enough of a struggle physically that it typically isnt worth it or it simply is a failed endeavor.
The secret weapon of a Sigma is they follow the beat of their own drum. If you stay clear of that, then Sigmas don't really care. Alphas can't really get a 'handle' on them. They may think they can but really can't. It confuses the bejesus out of them.
One has to find his place, then he has to keep his place, then build upon his place, then resolutely and confidently conquer the place ... The Sigma male, the quiet achiever !
Nice! The diplomatic “you do you” characteristic in a sigma male is much more powerful than the “you do what I say” characteristic in an alpha male. Yeah makes sense. It seems that my whole life I’ve been surrounded by alpha males in this world or at least wannabes which always turned into some type of dick measuring contest, which, by the way, even if I did have the biggest one the alphas never wanted to acknowledge it. Glad I am more of the sigma type. Great video👍.
Good info in video. As a boomer sigma, I had many successful leadership roles but I wouldn’t minimize the impact of challenging alphas. Alpha males make formidable and energetic enemies and they always have cult like followers. They can make your life miserable. You only care about getting stuff done and they only care about loyalty - and if you don’t show it, they want to crush you. The best strategy is to use your intelligence but avoid coming at the alphas - end run them. Stay off their radar. Sun Tzu was likely a Sigma. Read his book and pay attention.
@@PokrPro21 And I consider alphas to be just stronger than average betas. Because they're needy. They NEED followers n to be part of groups. They NEED admiration and to be liked. They need social constructs to fit into and to follow the rules of.
@@keisi1574 I never got your notification but yes you are correct. It's better to be alpha than beta but alphas are definitely flawed and have weaknesses. All this time I thought I was more on the alpha side until learning about sigmas
A sigma can att anytime dominate anyone if he find it absolutely necessary, he has already considered all possible outcome and made his peace with all of them before he makes a move.
This makes so much sense. I've always said I don't want to be the man, I want to be the man behind the man. The one pulling the strings but everyone else thinks it's not me. Less chances of me being a target of jealous and envy individuals. 😁
There are too many false Alphas today. A truly legitimate Alpha has ZERO issues with a truly legitimate Sigma. The Sigma possesses many of the same leadership qualities, but doesn't want the adoration or acknowledgement from peers at all. A Sigma has no desire for any of that bravado, therefore the Alpha never feels like there is competition as a leader, which is arguably the biggest pet peeve for Alphas.
I would say this me living a sort of a sigma male life most alphas who have a problem with sigmas are insecure alphas.. for the most part alphas actually would rather hang out with sigma's more than other alphas... Also keep in mind that sigma's mostly attracts alphas and most cases they don't attract betas which is kind of weird.. most women that I've seen to attract are mostly in an alpha state.. most friends that I have are mostly alphas.. also keep in mind that alphas would trust sigma more then other alphas because they know that sigmas aren't trying to be competitive against them for the most part.. so yes you do have alphas that hate sigmas but that's kind of a minority for the most part most outfits would rather be around sigmas and would like to have them in their company because they trust them more.
Great content, I truly enjoy your presentations over the others I've seen, so I will share here, Embrace the Sigma, I've been in Law Enforcement Investigative roles for 34 years and counting. If you've ever watched the First 48, that has been my journey for 5 of those years. It's interesting in retrospect, I took the promotional tests, passed and eventually passed up promotions. Why would people ask? I relished my freedom as a detective., making my own schedules, really honing my craft, of interview and interrogation techniques. Yes, mind games would sweal and I wanting to know why people do what they do. It has been fascinating to me on an intellectual level. My intuition and quick read of a person's body language, eye movement and little quirks, that would normally go unnoticed. The Empath side of me would work overtime, as now I work for the victims, and getting answers for families. I've had suspects who were looking at 25 to life, shake my hand and state, throughout the entire investigation, t treated them with respect. I would reply, "I don't hate the person, I hate the act" and a short time later have them write an apology letter to the family. My supervisors who were all Alpha's, at times would try to exert their dominate nature, Some would say, they believed me to be a rule breaker. I would respond, but you love my results, please don't question my methods. ( please is to ease an Alphas Ego) Funny, when you are secure in your person, take the time out to recenter, and turn up the silence within, the calm flows from you , its a great feeling, embrace your Sigma nature.
I have always found it difficult to identify where I belong. I easily find a trait or two in every category that is peculiar to me. In recent times, I have come to realize that the more studies I make on self discovery, the more I find myself drifting from the real me... What I do know is, as a child, I never wanted to be the King. However, I was more interested in being a king Maker. And I still feel that way.
I never identified with that alpha male mindset, and I never bothered amassing beta followers. Never needed a fancy title or my ego fed..but always get my way
really? never bothered? I remember quite a lot of times getting envious with the alphas fame and glory, but I just know I would get to the end goal faster, so I have to suck it up and stop paying attentions to them, and focus only on my life and what I do. Both side has something to trade off
Very interesting. I will have to look into this more. I identify with most of these characteristics. This is part of why I chose to study engineering rather than business. I liked the idea of influence but am more curious and want to understand deeper and also don't really like the spotlight to be on me excessively.
Sigmas don't bother with playing follow the leader and prefer things to be on their terms regarding what will work for them. Wouldn't have it any other way.
Funny as a Sigma I could tell some Alphas get upset with me because I don't compete but always wins in the end. I make it look like I use less effort to get the results they do.
Exactly. At work they try and talk about my work ethic knowing I'm one of the hardest workers. Coworkers get in groups, gossip, and call me lazy but like i say all the time "i aint lazy, i jus make it look good." 💯
Alphas depend on other people to determine their place and position. It’s a weakness. Sigmas do not have this weakness, tend to be more intellectual and strategic than alphas as well as on an equivalent level physically. Alphas are basically just defined by their volume. Loud.
What few Alphas understand is that you do not get to decide if you are an Alpha. If you’re strutting around bragging about what an Alpha you are, but do not have a group following you…, you are not an Alpha. Those who follow an Alpha are the ones who decide which person they will allow to lead them. And don’t forget, those who follow can easily decide not to follow you if you are not a good leader.

the secret to always ending up top: when you don't waste time watching and gauging where others are on a task, then you can stay perfectly focused and undistracted allowing you to spend more time developing skills and getting feedback faster (as you're usually done first).
I realized this in second grade when I finished a test and looked around. noticed others were looking around too, figured they had also finished. then noticed they were trying to look at other people test answers while simultaneously covering up their own sheets. They were wasting time looking around to others for answers because they never bothered to learn them to begin with.
Always comes out on top? A real sigma would reject the notion of _always_ .

@@MyVisualRomance that’s so funny 😄😆🥹😅😂🤣

Also, those traits may vary depending upon a given situation.

Still not Sigma though. You are a specialist in society doing his own thing. A Sigma has the same social charisma to hold strong presence if needed, like a visiting wolf of a pack of other wolves for the night, teaches them the ways of the wise, and leaves the next morning.

A SIGMA IZ JUST AN ALPHA WITH A QUIET DISPOSITION!!!
@@THEREALLORDJ I dont think this how they describe sigma is actually alpha. Sigmas make their own rules, they dont fit in any system, they lack humility, they dont follow hierarchy. It looks like a huge beta ego trip.
Thank you for bringing this to light.
A true alpha doesn’t hate anybody.
exactly. this video is misleading
💯
13 years with the same outfit and my new Alpha boss gave me my first horrible evaluation. It has progressed to the point that I have to leave. I can't understand why some people feel so threatened by the truth.
It’s crazy how much this describes me. I did an alpha male test a couple months ago and it told me I was a sigma and now this video just confirms it. 💯
how did you take the test?
😳
lol, not another one saying they're a sigma, lol.
@@PatrickStar19872 lol. Not a hater😂
Haha, everyone going "I'm sigma", because they watched the video and there are some correlations -_- lol. @@thehighpugilist2
"Working in the shadows to get what you want." I guess that's why I'm good at stealth in video games... and a dead-eye shot with a sniper rifle, pardon my brag.
Intimidating independent sigma female here 😅🤗
Perfect!!
Who cares about women?
Very accurate totally no one controls a sigma male, That would be your worst mistake.
Alphas hate sigmas because they struggle to manipulate or control them. Even if the alpha can do it physically, the sigma outsmarts him and still makes it enough of a struggle physically that it typically isnt worth it or it simply is a failed endeavor.
They can't even dominate the sigma physically a lot of times, and it drives the alphas crazy. Lol.
🙄
Good info in video. As a boomer sigma, I had many successful leadership roles but I wouldn’t minimize the impact of challenging alphas. Alpha males make formidable and energetic enemies and they always have cult like followers. They can make your life miserable. You only care about getting stuff done and they only care about loyalty - and if you don’t show it, they want to crush you. The best strategy is to use your intelligence but avoid coming at the alphas - end run them. Stay off their radar. Sun Tzu was likely a Sigma. Read his book and pay attention.
It's their damn followers that get you in the end. It's better to avoid groups that you cannot disrupt the hierarchy.

Alpha: Being the top of the heirarchy

What if the Sigma was just a more balanced, diplomatic Alpha?🤔
Bingo. A sigma is alpha. Just a more refined, evolved, calculated alpha who has his ego in check. Well done 👍🏽
@@PokrPro21 And I consider alphas to be just stronger than average betas. Because they're needy. They NEED followers n to be part of groups. They NEED admiration and to be liked. They need social constructs to fit into and to follow the rules of.
👏🏿
@@keisi1574 I never got your notification but yes you are correct. It's better to be alpha than beta but alphas are definitely flawed and have weaknesses. All this time I thought I was more on the alpha side until learning about sigmas
This is like Cristiano Ronaldo (Alpha) vs Lionel Messi (Sigma)
Perfect example.. Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos : Alpha.
Messi, dybala : sigma
A sigma can att anytime dominate anyone if he find it absolutely necessary, he has already considered all possible outcome and made his peace with all of them before he makes a move.
This makes so much sense. I've always said I don't want to be the man, I want to be the man behind the man. The one pulling the strings but everyone else thinks it's not me. Less chances of me being a target of jealous and envy individuals. 😁
👏🏿
I never cared about pulling strings, for instance, but doing my thing.
Hate anything they can't control, don't feel bad, I can't even control myself some days lol
Very good!
Thank you! Cheers!

Except for the section starting at 9:06, everything else seemed to describe me perfectly 😂
Great content, I truly enjoy your presentations over the others I've seen, so I will share here,
Embrace the Sigma, I've been in Law Enforcement Investigative roles for 34 years and counting.
Beautiful video. Truly majestic.
Big thanks! I Appreciate it!🙏
I always knew I was a Sigma, Even before I knew what a sigma male was.

Agamemnon vs Achilles and/or Odysseus: a classic example of an Alpha male archetype vs Sigma male energies.
Great video essay 👏😎👍
Funny as a Sigma I could tell some Alphas get upset with me because I don't compete but always wins in the end. I make it look like I use less effort to get the results they do.
Exactly. At work they try and talk about my work ethic knowing I'm one of the hardest workers. Coworkers get in groups, gossip, and call me lazy but like i say all the time "i aint lazy, i jus make it look good." 💯
Quit talking bout me bro lol
I love this, so far so good. Keep up the good work fam 👑👑👑

Had to pause and literally 'laugh out loud.. ' And yes when it comes to authority we need to know why!!!
PROUD SIGMA MALE 😍😍😍😎
Wait….no joke, this is my whole mindset. I knew I was different but this explain a lot. Interesting….time to research.
