PCOS metabolic समस्या है जो शरीर के बोहोत सारे हिस्सों पर प्रभाव करता है। PCOS यह तीन या चार चीज़े होती है :
- इसमें irregular periods होते है। इसे वैद्यकीय भाषा में chronic anovulation कहा जाता है। जिसके कारण irregular periods आते है।
--Glucose intolerance होता है
- इसमें fat deposition , पेट पे और जांघो पे होता है।
- LH की मात्रा भी बढ़ जाती है।
यह सारी चीज़े एक दूसरे से interrelated होते है। इसलिए PCOS में हमे इन चीज़ो पे काबू पाना है। और इस कम करनेका सबसे आसान तरीका है :
- वजन कम करना जिसके लिए नियमित तौर पे व्यायाम करना चाहिए
- उसके साथ ही साथ healthy diet follow करना चाहिए।
-अगर किसीका वजन पहलेसही कम हो तो डॉक्टर उन्हें oral contraceptive pill देते है
- Glucose के metabolism को ठीक करने केलिए metformin नाम की दवाई दी जाती है।
