Is somebody else getting the same weirdness as I do: after 12:00 the hour arm starts reversing towards 11 until it hops to 1 o'clock. This seems to be an error in the formula calculating the hour arm, where the condition should be HOUR(NOW())>11 instead of HOUR(NOW())>12

The correction needed to his formula is that the condition needs to be '>='. =IF(HOUR(NOW())>=12,HOUR(NOW())-12,HOUR(NOW())+(Minutes/60)
