The fact that Delta never retired their MD-88s and MD-90s until the pandemic gives them a much more higher raise. Just makes me so happy and confused that they retired their DC-9-30s until NWA got the hands on those DC-9-30s. Even their MD-11s retired until 2004 that day. Makes me happy and a bit upset.
@@Sideshowbob24 it’s still very sad. The 747 is completely as safe these days as an A350. Even though it has better tech, I would like the 747’s instead.
It took them 31 years after retiring their 747-100s to get Northwest's 747-400. That's very long! Btw they also operated NW's remaining 747-200Bs and the entire 742 Freighter fleet for a few years, but they retained their NW liveries.
BEST DELTA FLEET VIDEO EVER, GREAT JOB MAN I SUBSCIBED

Aw I wish in some other years Delta has an a340-500/300 and 787
I remember one L-1011 Tristar crashed as Flight 191
The fact that Delta replaced their 747-400’s with A350’s. Makes me so sad.
I mean they’re more efficient so…

Yeah I’m going to miss all delta fleet
Same, and I don’t even live in the US.

time flies man.
Oh and your correct about the 742's, it just felt wierd adding them in
@@Sideshowbob24 It's alright. They technically count as retired aircraft of NW, not really Delta.
They were still owned by Delta, but flown by Northwest.
@@RetroAvi8or Just ;ike their DC-9-30/-40
Delta 767-300 is not retired yet?
The 767-300 is retired, the 767-300ER is not.
@@Sideshowbob24 same for the 767-400.
747 retried here and there😢😢😢😢
They still have 767s, but they no longer have 777s? Why?
Idk delta removed there best plane bro 😢
It was because of covid 19 that affected their 777's

Our giants are gone. Why?
Too much to handle
They are retired because the aircraft is aging just saying
I flew the delta 767-300 not 300er in 2016 CDG-ATL
777😭
Yeah Sad
Agreed.
777 R.I.P.
Delta still operates the B763
The 767-300 is retired. The 767-300ER is still in service
Do American Airlines
Already did
Yea I saw, but how about Trans world airlines?
@@urmom9873 well the thing is, I think it’s a little a weird to do a retired fleet of an airline that doesn’t exist
Well American Airlines actually bought TWA
@@Sideshowbob24 How about you make videos on the fleets of deceased airlines.
747 😢
Honestly, you’d have to be very dumb to retire the Boeing 777. It’s one of the most fuel efficient aircraft in the world.
well, I mean Covid was the main reason for a lot of airplane retirements.
@@Sideshowbob24 you have a point.
@@Sideshowbob24 and also, ain’t the 767-300ER still flying?
