She said a couple of times that, She knows the risks of going into the crowds. She's not supposed to do it but she likes to take the risks so she can have fun with her supporters.
This is her fault, she is the one that decide to approach the crowds even knowing the dangers of it, having a ring stolen is better than if one of them ripping up her hair or clothes (things that already happens to other celebrities). She is the one who begin the act to say hello, not the fans. If she has stayed in the scene none of that will have happened. A crowd is made of differents kinds of people, and not all of them can be good (the obssessive fans, and the dangerous haters), this is how it is.
Bittersweet Arts when you have no control over other people's actions all you can do is be accountable for your own. She was at fault for approaching a crowd of fans (and fans have historically proven to be full of dangerous weirdoes) against her better judgement. That doesn't excuse how any of the fans acted towards her and what they did; they should be held accountable for their own actions as well but that doesn't mean that she holds no blame herself for what happened.

SR3v1000 - So she didn’t really drop ‘her’ ring ? It was actually billies ring she was asking for ? Was she the one who got it off her finger ?
Tracey Jeanne she may have seen it drop and asked for it, but it wasn’t hers. Billie didn’t make a huge scene about it because the ring was $100 or less. She claims she just wanted a picture of it but I don’t really think that.

If that girl didn’t steal her ring then why did she say “ I got her ring “ ?
Tbf she could’ve seen the ring fall, then ask for it as shown in the video (by pretending it was hers so that no one would lose it and try to get it too) and THEN brag ‘I got her ring’ - and then not saying anything after Eilish brought it up because it would look like she took it intentionally/forcefully. But we would have to know wich video came first to confirm this (or even if it’s the same person).
