I've worked in pricing and monetization in enterprise and start-up contexts (both B2B and B2C), and I really appreciated Kyle's point of view and focus on the art/science of setting the right value metric, and the intricacies of communicating pricing and pricing changes. He covered a lot more. It's true that pricing is underrated and not widely understood, which is unfortunate, as pricing is the one "feature" that each of your customers and prospects use and it is high-leverage tool in your hands.
