You're the first video I watched about this dang climbing game and I did not realize how elaborate it is. Oh my god this would be hell let alone a speedrun!! Props!
I forgot how good you were at these types of games. This was very impressive and sits nicely along with your getting over it speed runs that I loved watching.
Matt a little tip when speedrunning this game, is that you can grap the ice for a moment to give you a longer reach, which makes the icy part alot easier.

genuinely so impressive
I was able to finish it in 21 minutes, most of the time get wasted on this jump 2:52 I can't figure it out no matter what, I'd always catch it on time but slip off anyway.
also a tip for 3:30 you can easily pass the wheel if you balance both hands one on the lowest tip and the other on the highest one forcing it to balance vertically. Doing that and quickly lunging up would give you enough time to reach the sail before the wheel balance falls off
