V do pathrode of kesu wid soaked green grams.n lil dosa rice.this way it becomes soft n cool for body since kesu is considered ushna.it is not my way but grandmoms .it really becomes soft n tasty u can add akki hittu instead of rice.

Is this recipe to be had by itself?. I'm puzzled by the number of red chillies. Is it supposed to be very spicy-hot?. Plz reply. One small suggestion, is the cutting mat you are using plastic one?, if so plz don't put/cut any thing hot on plastic/rubber/synthetic materials, as they get melted in & mix in very mildly into the food. This leads to cancer. So plz avoid it. Better use bamboo cutting board 🙏🏼

Yes, you can eat as it is or with curd too. and since we are using byadagi red chillies it will not be so spicy, chillies depends on what you can handle.You can reduce or increase the number. Bu t for this recipe that much chillies ok. Thanks for the suggestion , definitely we will use the wooden cutting board.

Tried today came out very well. Neevu helidaste quantity li ingredients tagondu mad'de. Correct agi bantu, taste also good. Usual menthe soppina items bittu idannu try madbahudu anta tilisi kottidakke tq😊👌🏻

It depends on the rice quality. Increase the quantity of Urad dhal. if available use dose rice
