Jesse Cahill yeah I usually try to stay tight to the leg, but if I feel like they're getting the choke I'll put my back on the mat and rock them over me. That closes off the choke and makes them base

How do you prevent the back step? I hook the leg with my free leg, but then I'm out of position to get to SLX
